Full Job Description:
Process requests for new accounts to follow NA company guidelines and follow the required standards and regulations when receiving or preparing for editing all related codes and verifying all licenses.
Process and ensure new accounts conform to required standards and policy requirements when POB and validation are updated in the system.
Organize and store submissions and submissions, keep them confidential and follow the required procedures.
Feedback for handling of incoming/outgoing calls and monitoring of actions taken
Other duties assigned by the chef
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma / University
Have good English speaking and writing skills in both English and Mandarin

Problem solving skills
Must be able to listen carefully to the client, establish rapport, recognize and empathize when appropriate. Must have strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively
His computer skills are Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial/banking or credit card companies
Honest, patient, accommodating and well built character
Must have strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Must be willing and able to work overtime or perform any duties during our business hours, including weekends and long holidays
