Full job description
We are hiring an outgoing, highly motivated team member to develop prospective contacts and help grow our client base by tailoring to their needs while matching them with products COUNTRY Financial offers.
Do you enjoy the idea of improving people's lives and protecting their futures? Do you like meeting new people? If your answers to these questions are yes, you might consider becoming an Associate Agent in our office. As an Associate Agent you will foster relationships within the community while working side by side with our agents and our customer care representatives to promote COUNTRY Financial products including home, auto, and life insurance. This includes prospecting for new clients, meeting existing clients that visit our locations, marketing yourself and our offices in order to solicit the sales of our products.
The COUNTRY Financial - Donsbach Meinhart Agency is a growing insurance agency with 3 offices in Effingham. We foster a team-oriented culture, along with an independent creative thinking approach and problem-solving solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our valued clients.
- Ability to represent and market the COUNTRY Financial brand as well as yourself as a community member/business leader.
- Develop prospective contacts, meet with clients to tailor their needs while matching them with products COUNTRY Financial offers to protect them and their future.
- Work with the agents to establish and meet goals for both client and professional development.
- Educate clients of their options for managing their risk and protecting their financial future.
The right candidate for this position will have the following qualifications.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Self motivated
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in insurance sales and or service is beneficial, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
