This NOC Technical Analyst invests in the future of Southwest through their work with the NOC Product Team, focusing on the technology used in the travel management space. This role works in partnership with technology development teams and executives with our network operations manager (NOC), which is Southwest's world-class organization that serves as the heart of operational and strategic decisions. These teams focus on the technology used by dispatch managers and their teams (i.e. iFlight - our flight management system), which is used to plan flights and react to business on a regular basis. The NOC Technical Analyst is a holistic thinker and champion of continuous improvement. They will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills every day and drive the future of technology at Southwest Airlines.

Support the creation and maintenance of appropriate product documentation
Work closely with stakeholders and business partners to maintain strong relationships to ensure goals and objectives are met
