Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the On-Camera Personality is to demonstrate online gaming products to internal and external customers and create an exciting and engaging gaming experience. The On-Camera Personalityt should also provide feedback and recommendations to the product development team on how to improve the product and experience. The position will serve as the entertainment and brand host for our gaming products.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct live and recorded game presentations for internal and external customers, maintaining a high-level of entertainment with customers.

Maintain a consistent pace with customers, ensuring continuous gaming action.

Comply with Company policies, procedures, and applicable gaming regulations and inform the Product Training Specialist of any irregularities of any kind of system or chat malfunctions.

Maintain a high level of concentration to ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees.

Provide feedback and recommendations to product developers.

Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees.

Attend and assess the trainee’s performance.

Assist in creating and maintaining Training Documents and reports.

Hold re-training sessions as necessary to improve the quality of work.

Prepare to teach and support all game modules within the product lines, without a manager present.

Assist in the maintenance and updates for existing training material, which include, but is not limited to, course content, visual aids, videos, user manuals, and PowerPoint presentations.

Perform job duties in a safe manner.

Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
-
At least 21 years of age.

Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.

Prior experience or background in stage performance, acting, entertainment, or similar preferred.

Working knowledge of basic math functions required.

Must be professional, mature and have a strong service mindset.

Must be presentable and confident in front of a camera with dedication to the role.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.

Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
