This executive position will play a critical role in creating an annual plan that maximizes value for partners. This will be done through an optimal scheduling process that meets and exceeds scheduling preferences and ensures that we deliver everything we can for our partners on schedule. This guide plays an important role in helping businesses understand the bottom line of HSE initiatives and proactive interventions to remove barriers. This director will work closely with the general manager of employee support initiatives and the director of operations to ensure that we are thinking holistically about how to solve problems as a team to ensure that sales leaders have ability to make and implement schedule changes we deliver. This new CEO is an exciting addition to our team and is essential to bring the innovation plan to life and meet the demands of our core business. Leadership- Establishing goals for a project, developing organizational skills, and improving how we work together:
- Identifies and communicates key roles and practices to ensure that the team of direct reports promotes successful behavior, trust and leadership and teamwork to achieve business results.
- Support the implementation of the company's programs, processes, procedures and practices to promote Starbucks' core message and gain a competitive advantage. Planning and execution - Develop strategic and operational plans for employees, manage implementation and measure results:
- Creates annual operating and budget plans, as well as quarterly forecast updates.
- Coordinates and controls business unit and department processes and practices to ensure activities are aligned with company business goals and objectives. - Supports, communicates and educates clients and team members about changes in policies and practices within the organization.
- Provides strategic planning insights for all manufacturing initiatives that will increase or decrease operations or increase customer productivity resulting in increased revenue. Partner Development and Team Building - Provide partners with training, feedback and development opportunities and build effective teams:
- Challenges and motivates partners to achieve business results.
- Conducts and oversees performance reviews. - Ensure partners meet legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Oversees the training and development of directly managed associates and makes effective personnel decisions. - Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members to achieve results for partners, business and customers.

• Leads the design and redesign of the scheduling system to be implemented in the store. • Liaising with leadership peers related to staff and business support initiatives and staff to achieve and guide how the strategic arm of the plan comes to life and can be implemented. Ensure that our timely updates/changes can be live in the store for OI value feedback. • Create and coordinate our OI value chain in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer.
• Help identify opportunities to improve our processes to improve business results, improve partner experience and business relationships and strategies at Starbucks. • Working contact for retailers and company leaders to learn how the system comes to life in the store, understanding the current algorithm, and providing guidance and ideas for the next future- gen working model .
• Collaboration with members from DAIBO, Finance, PRO, Retail, PEIC and Future of Partner Centric Scheduling team.
