Job description:
Southwest Airlines travelers come together to achieve our mission of connecting people to what's important in their lives through easy, reliable and affordable air travel. Our staff perform important tasks "on the wing" at the airport, including completing aircraft weight and balance details, providing a smooth and hospitable check-in experience for customers and operators and other employees who work to facilitate the departure of the aircraft. They work behind the scenes preparing flights for departure while serving Southwest's domestic and international customers every day. The employees are good communicators who like to work as one in a strong and safe environment.
Other details:
Team-based work that includes shifts assigned based on seniority. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
