The fuel operator invests in Southwest's future by supporting the fuel management team that oversees sales, fueling operations, and refueling aircraft. . This service also oversees the inspection process of suppliers to ensure compliance with the standards and regulations of industry regulators, government agencies and the Southwest. The Fuel Operations Auditor is fully dependable and happy to join the team responsible for fuel operations safety and compliance.
Other details:
The services go 2 to 3 times a month. Travel can last from 1 to 2 days.

Work
Research and identify new fuel/service suppliers, equipment and personnel
Prepare and maintain detailed audit reports regarding compliance and/or non-compliance with Southwest Airlines' fuel quality program
Assist with revisions and updates to the Southwest Airlines Fuel and Fuel Enforcement Manual
Conduct systematic and unstructured audits of the company's fuel management systems, processes and capabilities.
Assist in developing, implementing and managing fuel efficiency programs and procedures for Southwest Airlines at all ports (domestic and international), including fuel carriers.
Assist with revisions and updates to the Southwest Airlines Fuel and Fuel Enforcement Manual
May perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge of resources, policies, procedures and strategies necessary to promote effective national, state or local security services for the protection of people, data, property and institutions.
Knowledge of machinery and equipment, including their design, use, repair and maintenance
Knowledge of organizational and organizational processes and systems such as word processing, file and record management, shorthand and transcription, formulating and other office procedures and verbal communication.
Familiarity with laws, legal codes, court procedures, statutes, government regulations, executive orders, corporate laws, and democratic political systems.
The ability to perform tests and evaluations of products, services or processes to determine quality or performance
