Overview:
Triple S- Steel, an Intsel Steel West Company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business activities, drive efficiency, and ensure operational and safety excellence.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
- Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct profit-loss analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, and project management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in profit-loss analysis and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on driving results.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align operations with company objectives.
- Education and Experience• Minimum, BS or BA degree in business, industrial engineering, distribution or related field
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for leading all operations leadership of the division.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws to include OSHA, DOT, and other corporate safety programs.
