Job description:

This LEAD I Operations Planner invests in the future of Southwest Airlines through their responsibility to coordinate all flight training and maintain important records for our pilots. The LEAD (Leadership Education Aircraft Development) task force ensures that all aircraft operations are planned in accordance with the regulations and contractual limits - including the SWAPA, FAR and FOTM agreements, as they apply to all aspects of the plan training. LEAD I project planners are interested in connecting and supporting the pilots they plan, and are excited to join the LEAD project installation team. They will have the opportunity to learn and grow their skills every day, lead their careers with passion, and help drive the future of Southwest Airlines.
