Position title (if any): Hormone and Oncology Injection Head
Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager
Reports to: General Manager- Production
Department: Injection Manufacturing
Location: Goa
1. Responsible for overall operation of Injection Department (General & Anticancer) with respect to Quality, Service, Cost, Safety and People development.
2. To align strategic / objectives / goals of the company and implement at Injection Department (Hormone & Anticancer) to achieve the expectation.
3. Responsible for design, maintain and improve plant, systems and practices as per Quality expectations.
4. To plan and execute monthly production planning
5. To investigate and analysis any quality issue during manufacturing along with quality team. Develop appropriate system to address emerging issue
6. To identify area for technical up gradation. Plan and implement technology up gradation initiatives through the functional head and project team.
7. To ensure readiness of Injection Department (General & Anticancer) for regulatory authority inspections
8. To monitor productivity norms and take appropriate action for improvements.
Qualification: B. Pharm
Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience
Experience / Exposure in:
1. He should possess hands on experience in Liquid Injection and Lyophilization Process.
2. Well verse with cGMP, GDP, and S.A.P.,
3. Sound machine knowledge.
4. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Exposure in managing unionized workforce would be added advantage.
6. Work experience in USFDA/MHRA/WHO regulated plant is must
