What to do:
As a true brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, guide and create a premium customer experience by connecting them with the world's best online real estate brands that come to life in our stores.
Deliver sales and service KPIs, productivity standards, through one-on-one design reviews
Guide customers through their questions about product features and functionality, product style and design, and cut requests. Show off the online version as well as the web service and mobile app.
Apply your knowledge and passion for furniture sales and interior design to help our customers navigate their needs and purchases, using endless in-store and online resources to meet their needs.
Schedule scheduled appointments, provide design advice, including endless online traffic, and regularly assist guests on walk-throughs of the sales floor and manufacturing facilities as needed. Use design tools, CRM software, and customer accounts for consistent customer experience and record keeping.
Create designs for clients using favorite design tools to create weather conditions, 2D floor plans, product listings, and style inspiration.
Ability to navigate multiple software applications, other tools and equipment to advise clients on their budget, style and space.
Manage your time effectively during booking appointments and customer visits and always deliver a great customer experience
Know the services offered in store and online - credit, cash, warranty, installation and delivery, taking into account the value added to the customer's purchase.
Asking the right questions allows you to provide your customers with a comprehensive marketing solution
Demonstrate credibility by closing the sale and educating customers about the various ways they can buy, including through the store, online, our app or through word of mouth.
Participate in all operational aspects of the store, including but not limited to: new product planning, landscaping, restoration, replacement, and general store maintenance.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with clients and your team
Be willing to share new ideas and solutions to improve team performance

What you will need:
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a design-related environment)
Passion for excellent customer service and driving above sales goals
Experience in interior design, art, architecture, shopping is valuable
