What You Will Be Doing:
Strategically partnering with Business leaders to accelerate business outcome.
Work on big problems and opportunities, and proactively identifying and addressing them.
Building future bench and upscale capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires
Experience executing talent and workforce strategies.
Instilling a culture that resonates with Synopsys values.
Delivering, in partnership with our People team partners, HR programs to the business.
Working with leaders to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do the best work in service to our customers.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $189,000-$283,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
