A key part of a pharmacist's job is to keep your clients and patients healthy by accepting and managing patient care activities.
Also, you will need:
• Lead from the heart - show empathy and compassion for your patients, clients, supervisors and fellow team members
• Promote, motivate and develop pharmacy support staff by organizing activities that maximize co-workers' strengths, articulate development opportunities and reduce knowledge gaps.
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of cost-effective solutions to drive growth and improve your pharmacy's performance
• Effectively implement these solutions by leading your team to achieve specific goals
• Facilitate change and adapt strategies to thrive in a complex community health care environment
• Find new ways to grow, collaborate with others and achieve better results
