Provides on-site and compassionate counseling services to patients regarding safe use of medications and awareness of drug interactions. Provides preventive health care services in hospitals, including immunizations, diagnostic tests and patient outcomes services. Responsible for ensuring proper processing, dispensing, monitoring and approval of prescribed medications in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures. Supports efficient store operations and helps the pharmacy manager identify ways to increase pharmacy revenue, inventory management, and improve the patient experience.
