The AppleCare Finance team is closely associated with the business and is one of the top business partner companies within Apple. AppleCare Finance is looking for a highly experienced troubleshooter to join the WW Pricing team to support the strong AppleCare business and transform the way we do pricing.
The AppleCare Pricing team is seeking a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for global out-of-warranty pricing and program implementation for various product lines and service segments worldwide. This member will coordinate the pricing process, price analysis and escalation, and work on system improvements to meet increasing business needs. Pricing will be a key focus for this project, which will integrate AppleCare pricing software, SAP, and Apple's web-based order management tool (GSX).
5+ years of experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in process development and/or improving existing processes
Strong attention to detail while understanding the big picture
Ability to meet deadlines, think globally and collaborate
Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively with high levels of complexity and complexity
Ability to navigate large organizations
Strong business development and analytical skills
Ability to analyze and summarize complex issues
The desire to drive change within the organization and Apple as an organization
Expertise in business systems and applications including SAP, Excel/Excel macros, JavaScript or other scripting languages, database tools. SQL and Data Visualization tools would be a plus.
