What you will do::
- Utilize internal systems for data extraction and analysis to inform pricing strategies
- Engage with Branch and District Managers to collect specific market data
- Aid the branch and sales teams in the comprehension and implementation of established pricing processes
- Work with the Supply Chain department to facilitate the prompt integration of cost adjustments into our systems
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pricing
- Generate routine reports to support strategic pricing initiatives
- Conduct analyses to understand pricing dynamics across different products, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and addressing profit margin issues
What you will bring::
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field of study
- 3+ years related work experience
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in pricing software and systems, such as ERP systems or pricing management platforms
- Solid understanding of data management principles, data entry, and data quality assurance
- Experience with training and user support, including developing training materials and conducting training sessions
- A proactive mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to derive meaningful insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Python, or Alteryx a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay Range: USD $62,000.00 - USD $96,000.00 /Yr.
