Apple is looking for an experienced analyst to join a team responsible for gaining consumer insights into original video content and products. The role will work with internal and external auditors and research teams to create key customer insights that lead to better business and innovation. The right to head
3+ years of demonstrated ability to conduct primary research, secondary research and research in an industry or studio/network/broadcast. Extensive experience and expertise in the implementation and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research (design research, recruitment, quantitative research, data science, focus group research, reporting, dashboard development, etc.)
Experience using secondary data sources, publicly available reports, and syndicated databases to generate strategic insights.
Experience with audience/customer measurement, listening or data analysis on the platform. Strong organizational and project management skills and strong quality control.
Expert writing and communication skills. Accurate attention to detail; good behavior and attitude.
Ability to follow directions and work independently to achieve goals. Good at working well under deadlines and demanding tasks and often changing assignments.
An interest in helping to produce films and TV shows is essential. Special experience in the entertainment industry (broadcast/cable channel, streaming platform, entertainment analyst, TV/film or network) required.
Experience in the film or media industry is preferred.
