Full Job Description:
As a member of the Retail Intelligence AI Enablement team, you will be rethinking and adapting existing processes and ML/AI problems. You will be heavily involved in data discovery and business processes, work closely with the Retail Sciences team and develop rapid ML prototypes. About the team: AI Enablement, Retail Intelligence
Business intelligence teams are transforming businesses by rethinking existing business processes and implementing ML/AI programs to drive customer and partner growth. The AI Enablement team, as part of the Retail Intelligence package, will be responsible for business data / segmentation / discovery, ML/AI enabled value mapping, rapid prototyping of ML inference / causal models, design of experiments and measurements. which measure of success.
What to do:
Connect with Management Science and Strategy to research and map existing business processes. Resolve ML/AI problems and deliver algorithmic solutions to achieve desired results for partners, customers and finance.
Worked with Retail Science to develop a software model to reimagine the drivers and decision-making process within Walmart US
Worked with 4 established teams to evaluate partnership, customer and financial impact of ML/AI programs. Lead efforts to improve selection and business models related to ML/AI algorithms.
Work with the testing team to design experiments and measure success criteria. Model demand and analytical support for parameter estimation and optimal trade-offs weighting algorithms
Support the development of various decision engines (including customer and partner engines) by collaborating with the Retail Science team and communicating across multiple business teams.
