Main functions:
Candidates who live/commute to the Chicago or Houston area (or are willing to relocate) will be considered for priority. This is a hybrid on-site on-demand/occasional role. The Lead Developer plays a critical role in creating and maintaining the relationship between business needs and technology delivery. The Lead Developer's role is to take the initiative to plan, design, develop and implement effective systems and solutions that support key organizational functions. Leads the design, development and planning of technical solutions and standards to solve complex business problems
Development, support and maintenance of software systems as required, performance optimization, troubleshooting and tracking of all issues and solutions.
Design and deploy scalable, integrated, scalable and reliable cloud applications
Works with business, support or development teams to recommend system improvements
Analyzes across multiple United Information Technology functions and technical areas to perform resolution, problem management, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions
Serves as a resource for technical/project development research and technical analysis
Ensures technology solutions meet customer business objectives
Provide guidance and technical guidance on career planning
Ensures consistency and compliance with company standards and guidelines throughout the application lifecycle
