Work
We're looking for the next amazing Privacy Engineer to join our team supporting all product areas at Netflix! In this role, you will provide technical advice on privacy by analyzing legal and regulatory expectations and translating them into requirements, plans and roadmaps. You'll have a front row seat to learn about new product features and features while ensuring ongoing assurance and support. This is a high-visibility role where you can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including security and privacy engineers, software and data engineers, product managers, policy managers, product and engineering . Required Qualifications:
You are interested in privacy and data protection!
You have strong expertise in the area of product or business support and privacy-related topics such as data collection, protection, access, use and deletion.
You can use privacy risk assessment methods to quantify, prioritize, and communicate privacy issues. You can give advice on which encryption technologies to use and why they make a difference.
You can use a variety of communication tools and collaboration tools and methods to facilitate effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including law.
