The Amazon Operations team is looking for Associate Lead Associates with a strong track record of driving results to join a growing team helping Project Managers and Associates deliver strong operational results within our distribution center. Team Leaders perform a variety of roles within the Performance Center, including but not limited to: teacher, process assistant, and dispatch writer. All types of work will include performing production duties as needed: receiving/packing, receiving/putting away products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading vehicles. The Lead Execution Team will also be responsible for instructing other partners, promoting them, and keeping their workplace safe. -At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
-Able to work 40 hours/week and work overtime as required
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach repeatedly.
