The Amazon Operations team is looking for Associate Lead Associates with a strong track record of driving results to join a growing team helping Project Managers and Associates deliver strong operational results within our distribution center. Team Leaders perform a variety of roles within the Performance Center, including but not limited to: teacher, process assistant, and dispatch writer. All types of work will include performing production duties as needed: receiving/packing, receiving/putting away products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading vehicles. The Lead Execution Team will also be responsible for instructing other partners, promoting them, and keeping their workplace safe. The Lead Fulfillment Team performs various functions within the Fulfillment Center.
There are different types of jobs that hold different specific jobs, including:
A human being. Leadership training and/or transition start-up meetings for a group of 20+ partners. Maintains professional level knowledge in at least two production areas; review and improve processes and areas of operation; refining tools and techniques for learning through CF. Helps measure the effectiveness of learning; develops, maintains and applies learning to promote partnership development. Identifies areas of training and support for partners and implements training; prepares to update SOPs and SOP certification of partners and managers. Giving and receiving effective feedback.
A fire engine. Manage the relationship between the sales team and the FC, as well as the reporting and escalation of the tickets booked in the store, vendor management and catalog. Plays an important role in the RC by supporting the decision or solving the problems that cannot be received in the RC under normal acceptance conditions. He is responsible for the planning and management process of the campaign request tickets submitted to them by the company.
Professional system:
A soft worker. Help support the day-to-day management of department operations, including empowering people, conducting meetings, assigning tasks, and communicating with internal and external vendors. Raises the bar for project managers. Leads and implements standard operations in the areas of safety, quality and productivity to achieve daily operational objectives.
Star Harbor. Manage incoming traffic by scheduling appointments to pick up times. Duties also include regular communication with carriers, company transport teams, management and port staff. The Dock Clerk will be responsible for processing the arrivals, ensuring the reception of the shippers, overseeing the security and directing the crew.
Mega Monitor. Scheduling arrivals at ports using shipping status. Duties also include regular communication with carriers, corporate transport teams and receivers. Being in charge of keeping up-to-date information, reviewing new releases and communicating with other departments, will also be responsible for training assistant secretaries.
