Job Description
This is a Process Technician position in the Photolithography group at Skyworks in Woburn, MA. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Process Engineering group at Skyworks in Woburn, Massachusetts is responsible for developing and supporting all wafer fabrication processes used to produce Skyworks’ diverse portfolio of products. The primary device technologies include HBT, BiFET, BiHEMT, and pHEMT at various performance nodes. This Process Technician candidate is expected to have a good understanding of different photolithography techniques and semiconductor manufacturing.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Supports daily production to ensure on-time-delivery of top-quality product.
- Disposition of lots on hold.
- Respond to SPC failures for equipment and product charts.
- Support multiple photolithography tools such as steppers, coat/develop tracks, mask aligners, overlay measurement tools and CDSEMs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-year experience in manufacturing fab environment
- Associate degree, or equivalent experience
- Able to use good judgment and exhibit effective problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively communicate with others
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $31.97 - $56.15 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
