Job Summary:

In this role you are encouraged to generate all kind of orders. Understand Procure to Pay Cycle. Generate Open & Close order reports. Excel expertise & should be Dedicated. Vendor Management, Support Buyers on any kind of queries on any orders.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ability to build all type of PO in Emerson System upon receiving request from any procurement engineer.

Ability to Amend the PO and revise PO line items.

Support Procurement engineer when needed for expediting vendor deliveries.

Good understanding of the tool and support in stuck transactions by connecting to IT with appropriate reason.

• Extraction & format of open and closed purchase order report from system and circulate the same to concerned parties.
• Extract overdue open PO and take action to close the same.
• Provide & maintain data to SCM team for spend analysis, Benchmarking, scorecard, or any other requirements.
• Perform DDQ & CVDH activities related to new vendor registration in Emerson system.
• Follow up with SCM, Finance & Legal for DDQ & CVDH related approvals.
• Partners with other Project Admin, Project Managers, Procurement engineers, Stores team to get the work done amendments of all Order types.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum Qualification – B.Com, MBA can be added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Requires 7 years validated experience into procurement.

Excellent Spoken and Written Communication skills in English. Will have to be compatible with various collaborators.
