As a Product leader at ChartRequest, you will be responsible for owning and crafting both product requirements and design across multiple channels and products including, but not limited to, the ChartRequest Application Suite (ROI, Referral Management, Analytics), the marketing website, global brand campaigns, video content, email content, product content, and various social channels. The goal is product-led growth. You will also work closely with the team to ideate and lead discussions pertaining to the continued development of the ChartRequest product and brand as well as production designers to ensure both consistency and power of messaging/visualization in market for the product and brand.

In addition to developing and maintaining the ChartRequest brand and product, you will work cross-functionally within the ChartRequest team to understand broader product and marketing initiatives and how the brand/design team can have an impact on shared goals and KPIs. This position reports directly into the Management Team at ChartRequest.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, intuitive web interfaces, translating stakeholder requests and business requirements into magical user experiences and delightful micro-interactions across the entire portfolio of products
• Establishing a product strategy, product roadmap, and distribution work to the development team to ultimately support our clients at each stage of their journey
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on end-to-end user interface design initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle, from conceptualizing and prototyping to building & shipping software, including writing and reviewing epics, stories, and requirements.
• Partnering and leading a team of Product Business Analysts to execute your product roadmap.
• Working closely to create customer lifecycle marketing collateral and drive demand generation via Product-led Growth Strategies to drive marketing qualified leads via thoughtfully product integrated campaigns
• Leading strategic product marketing projects as needed
• Write Product Requirements, included User Stories, Epics, Technical Requirements, and Client Requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to empower them to write and/or edit everything from marketing emails to video scripts to email sequences to product copy.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
• Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience.
• Other related duties as assigned
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills a must

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B Product or Product Design Experience and experience targeting Enterprise customers, preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred)
• 2+ years of Figma experience (we are a design-led software development firm)
• Passion for understanding technical concepts and distilling them down to short, compelling narratives (a true storyteller at heart)
• Keen ability to write and develop unique and compelling content across both top-of-funnel and mid-funnel
• Bring a critical, data-informed eye to existing campaigns and customer adoption journeys
• Analytical approach to build, test, and refine hypotheses
• Thrive on cross-functional teamwork across the globe
• Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-BS, can-do attitude

Deep collaboration will be the key to success for this role. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
