About the situation:
The product team at Target is responsible for delivering business results made possible through technology and research products that are easy to use, easy to maintain, and highly reliable. Product teams have a record that includes all product, technology, research and design services.
As a Product Manager, you will work within the product category and partner to create a comprehensive product strategy, map related roadmaps and define business objectives (OKRs) for your products. Your product plans and OKRs will support specifics connected to a customized digital ecosystem including loyalty and retailer advertising programs. You will need to incorporate knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other key data points to analyze value, develop a business case, and support the direction and results required for your product. You will lead the product and work with engineers, guest UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver the product customer experience across the web and apps (iOS/Android). Develop existing marketing content pilot plans to develop larger marketing pilot experiences through tools and organizational support.
Personal marketing content performance analysis to determine and quantify improvements in customer experience opportunities, test UX strategies to improve adoption, conversion and profitability.
Manage internal and external marketing and creative partnership resources to support marketing pilot product initiatives and site/app experiences
Work in collaboration with end-to-end UX design processes, including user plans, visitor and user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
Discover the new key points of the experience of marketing pilots and action plans
Ensure that marketing engine optimization is profitable by creating and using funds that demonstrate ROI conditions.
You will be the "voice of the product" with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and the product team receives the direction and support they need to succeed. You will work hard to develop and understand the market, keeping a product road map and backlog that defines the customer environment, epics and stories while bringing the back to focus on the highest impact work for your business. You will encourage an open exchange of information and ideas, and motivate others to achieve critical goals and high standards of performance while contributing to the direction of the organization. You will promote a sense of urgency to achieve goals and investments to overcome unforeseen obstacles, and you will work with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while they -pursuing and complementing yours. About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
6+ years experience in product management or experience in equivalent field, preferably in e-commerce, digital experience or content management.
Experience in technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
Experience working in an agile environment (eg user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Ability to lead multiple projects and work with partners
Strong verbal and written communication
Analysis and interpretation oriented to test and learn
Have a history of clearly defining measurable results and applying them to supporting product initiatives, driving team alignment, partner engagement, and monitoring progress.
