Within Global Supplier Technology (GST), the supplier media team is responsible for the planning, design, engineering, marketing and analysis of Wayfair's media offerings, a key part of Wayfair's growth strategy. This service is for the ability to contact marketers and the underlying DS/ML models help marketers maximize the value of their social media campaigns. At Wayfair, advertising allows suppliers to increase the visibility of their products and brands on our platform. One of the key factors that make advertising grow will help tens of thousands of marketers to create and run effective campaigns, even if they have the first ad. The Measurement and Optimization PM leads our efforts to help suppliers measure, understand and optimize these campaigns. As the Manager of Measurement and Optimization, you will collaborate with the machine learning, commerce, seller experience and partner advertising teams on the overall strategy for these critical areas. This is a highly visible role in a highly visible team where you will interact with Wayfair executives.

Set a vision for the power of machine learning that will help marketers better manage their social media.
Protect suppliers and influence leaders through business, value and pricing algorithms, and Global Supplier Tech to enable supplier success, predictability and reliability. Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and departments within Customer Experience, Media Delivery, Profit and Algo pricing teams.
Collaborate with data science/machine learning, economics, analytics, UX analysis and product design to identify marketer needs and critical areas to inform long-term and short-term roadmaps. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a fast and smooth execution by performing sprint events such as grooming, planning and brainstorming.
Drive your product to market in collaboration with marketing and account management teams to identify areas of opportunity to increase adoption and impact. Build and manage product roadmaps to constantly monitor success and measure the impact of your products/strategies.
Tap into the launch of Wayfair's advertising strategy. What you will need
7+ years of software product development experience with a focus on data-driven products.
Experience in technical products leading cross-organizational initiatives. Media experience desired but not required.
Get well-integrated with engineering and data science/machine learning to create high-tech products. Good analytics with proven experience in turning data into insights and needs.
Ability to follow high technical discussions. Ability to think and act both systematically and systematically
