Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support Enterprise Risk. This role will be key to product results and strategy, and driving towards the end state vision. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will lead and coordinate a cross-functional team that will develop experiences and products with significant business results and customer value.
This role is responsible for key business and customer metrics and related processes and policies, including risk and management. Assistance can cover all business risks including: a wide range of risks including conduct, credit, bankruptcy, information security, interest rates, liquidity, market, model, performance, legal, reputation, strategy and technology.
In this role, you will:
Leads a workflow of projects and enterprise risk portfolio for technology solutions and business process integration programs and initiatives. Manages communication between horizontal and vertical teams and business partners; and directs the work that depends on it.
Responsible for the delivery of programs / products / services of high risk, complexity, scope and financial impact for one large project or a combination of small projects. Serves as the primary liaison between business units and various support partners to achieve business deliverables, including planning and implementing strategies and process improvements.
Establishes priorities and provides accountability for assigned initiatives, provides guidance to ensure design, coordination and management to improve effectiveness and create efficiencies where appropriate. Work with key internal partners to transform complex ideas into simple and easy/focused solutions.
Creates and implements reports/briefings/presentations to key stakeholders and senior management in the region, including rationale, cost/benefit and risk analysis. Support an end-to-end solution design value line for a critical risk manager. This includes concept, design, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation plan and execution. Provides guidance to cross-functional teams using business and technical skills; no direct connection.
Serve as an authorized advisor to senior management and represent the company externally when working with suppliers
Required Qualifications, United States:
3+ years of experience in product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, agile product owner experience or equivalent demonstrated by one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience , education.
Required Degree:
Ability to serve as a key link between the business organization and various support partners to achieve business deliverables, including planning and implementing strategies and process improvements. Ability to manage conflict and resolve it independently and professionally
Ability to develop stories and presentations
