How can you make an impact on this project? The Product Manager will play a key role in working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to effectively deliver strategies and develop products that drive our customers' success. This person will be responsible for product management of Accertify's core platform, with a focus on machine learning and reporting capabilities.
Important roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering and design to define user stories, lead product specifications, and conduct user testing.
Work with the Accertify Decision Sciences team to identify new models to strengthen our machine learning models. Managing multiple projects in line with our product strategy/map.
Coordination between teams to launch products and features, managing products and marketing after the launch. Conducts research and competitive intelligence to identify and exploit market opportunities.
Development of technical requirements and specifications. Collaborate with marketing, sales and partner teams to create a strong distribution strategy.
Review, develop, plan and implement product strategy, support the strategy and marketing efforts and ensure that all functional teams are informed of new product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Research departments for potential new revenue streams.
Ensure proper internal and external product documentation
Track product metrics and create internal measurement dashboards
Edit request logs and suggestions
Interact with customers and prospects to identify challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can help solve them.
