JELD-WEN Window and Door Divisions in Grinnell, IA a market leader in vinyl windows, patio doors, and exterior and interior doors serving the Midwestern market has current opportunities on all shifts. We need a full staff of hard working, flexible, team-oriented associates. FT wages start at 21.59/hr. (including $1.50 shift premium) on the off-shifts and 20.09/hr. on 1st shift.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate machines used in the manufacturing processes to produce doors and windows.
- Assemble doors and windows by following standard work processes.
- Drive forklifts
- Be knowledgeable of safe work practices and work safely.
- Be dependable and reliable to ensure quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good attendance.
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be part of a team
- In order to ensure a safe working environment, a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
