The Program Analyst, RezilientKidz (RK) position exists to coordinate, facilitate, maintain, and assist in the growth of RezilientKidz programs and resources based on direct guidance from the Program Manager and general guidance from the Program Director. This position will have responsibility for the routine maintenance of and data entry into the technology applications for RK including the CRM (Salesforce), the RK website, and the social media platforms. Part of this responsibility includes posting relevant content to the platforms.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing production for projects via use of tracking tools (FAM/Aprimo, Marketing, etc.) at the direction of the Program Manager
- Develops competency on all internal systems (Smartsheet, WordPress, SharePoint, etc.)
- Works with the Director and Program Manager to create, monitor and maintain metrics, content analytics, and scorecards that provide an accurate picture of RezilientKidz activities and content
- Organizes data for reports and presentations for Director's review; responsible for assisting in preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, charts, and graphs. Provides reports as requested and needed
- Assists with the documentation of strategic plans and business plans for accomplishing program goals and objectives as directed
- Maintains professional relationships with partners, the business community, community representatives and constituents as the work requires. Models extraordinary customer service at all times
- Coordinates contracts/agreements in conjunction with Program Manager and Purchasing Agent. Creates requisitions as needed
- Assists the RezilientKidz team with administrative duties as directed to meet RK goals
- Follows up with others to ensure timely responses to projects and assignments
- Interfaces and interacts with other departments within the ministry and/or outside contacts to exchange information, answer inquiries, provide feedback to the RK team on issues, questions or problems, and secure cooperation or approval on action to be taken
- Coordinates, maintains, creates, and updates schedules and processes for the team as directed by the Program Manager
- Produces and maintains program manuals and important documentation as directed
- Displays the initiative to identify problem areas and offer solutions for improvement
Technology Management:
- Manages the CRM (Salesforce) for the RK team to include routine maintenance and adjustments as necessary
- Inputs and maintains data in the CRM to include updating monthly RK numbers, impact survey results, partnership account maintenance, dashboard updates, lead assignments, etc.
- Assists in the management of eCommerce for the RK team to include tracking inventory levels and ensure timely shipping of product
- Maintains website with routine adjustments to content and structure as needed. Updates online store pricing and adds new product as it becomes available
- Adds routine content (quotes, impact stories, graduation photos, milestones) to social media platforms as they occur (FB, Instagram, YouTube)
- Coordinates with others in the ministry when expertise level is exceeded for needed technology adjustments
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Familiarity with the RK brand
- Assists Regional Reps in the absence of the Program Manager
- This role requires periodic travel including nights and weekends

Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business Administration (or related field)
- General content management system (CMS) experience required; knowledgeable in website content best practices and content management frameworks; WordPress and SiteCore proficiency preferred
- Working knowledge of RK and Focus on the Family’s mission, values, and objectives
- Computer proficiency in a variety of Microsoft Office Tools (required: Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the usage of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Solid understanding of CRM, web design and social media applications
- PhotoShop skills beneficial
- Basic video production skills are beneficial
- Experience with an image management system (Canva, etc.) or equivalent preferred
- Familiar with AP style
- Basic HTML knowledge beneficial
- Project Management or similar function
- Understanding of RezilientKidz structure and objectives
