The Data Center Optimization Team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Program Manager who will help the team achieve its goal of creating sustainable and reliable data systems within the data center. The ideal candidate has experience managing global infrastructure projects/programs; develop, monitor and report on occupational/program health metrics; population growth; develop and implement change management strategies; manage performance; and drive better. As an Infrastructure Program Manager within this global optimization focused team, you will be responsible for planning and managing continuous improvement initiatives and processes and play a key role in the development, driving and managing data-driven processes.
Main functions
The main duties of the Technical Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following duties: - Lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously. Determine system health metrics and key performance indicators and create data visualization reports that demonstrate system health.
Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user and customer requirements. Develop and implement data-driven analytics/automated solutions.
Develop standard operating procedures, change/communication plans and status updates at project/program levels. Manage customer onboarding through effective change management.
Think about potential problems and risks, and communicate them clearly and in a timely manner. Stay flexible, change your priorities and be open to new ideas.
