This role is part of the Talent Experience & Operations (TEO) team that designs and manages resources to deliver exceptional talent experiences, from apps to onboarding and beyond. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Design Service and provides leadership and management of Talent Acquisition (TA) and business operations and performance reporting. You will need to be independent, be a storyteller, be highly collaborative, simplify complexity, and be proactive in implementing quality improvements in line with our culture. This project will help with our mission and all our efforts to build transparency and great data at Netflix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management and talent acquisition. In this role, you will:
Develop training materials and presentations for TA and TA managers to educate them on new boards and implement behavioral changes.
Be a stakeholder manager, thought partner, and architect of the next generation of employee data seekers. Develop and/or interact with people, strategy and research teams and key skills leading to the creation of custom reports and dashboards of key metrics and key performance indicators to monitor team performance and improve our capabilities and work processes / service type.
Identify trends, conduct data analysis, and create insightful dashboards, memos, and presentations that aggregate data and create actionable insights.
Engage with technical support leaders, strategic and research teams, and the business to understand trends and implications for adoption goals.
Develop, document and implement ongoing process reviews to ensure global candidate information is accurate. You'll also find ways to improve legacy processes and identify opportunities for customization and automation. Continually learn new tools and processes, implement resource changes, and help teams manage complex changes.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to gather tools and data requirements
Create and manage data sheets for both technical audiences and partner user groups
Create a feedback system to ensure continued progress
