Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our internal teams and partners in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and resources, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Assist in communicating project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, through emails, reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Monitor project risks and issues, track resolution activities, and escalate critical issues to project managers as needed to minimise project disruptions and ensure project success.
- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying variances for timely resolution.
- Support project managers in conducting quality reviews and assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assessing the impact on project objectives and communicating changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project management practices, tools, and methodologies, and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous 6 months - 1 year experience in project management, coordination, or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software/tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in project management practices and methodologies.
