Job Overview: Join our team as a Project Manager specializing in Market Research, primarily responsible for managing the execution and operational aspects of online survey-based studies. This role involves extensive project management of data collection, full-service operations, and coordination with both internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Project Support and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for online survey projects. . Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned and executed smoothly. Survey Assistance and Implementation: Support the design and implementation of online surveys, contributing to effective survey structures that meet research objectives. Ensure the technical functionality and usability of surveys. Quality Assurance and Data Oversight: Support quality control measures to maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the survey process. Conduct checks to validate survey responses and ensure compliance with research standards. Client Interaction and Communication: Provide updates on project progress and respond to basic inquiries under supervision. Translate client requirements into actionable survey strategies with guidance from senior team members. Team Collaboration and Task Support: Collaborate within project teams to support coordination efforts and ensure alignment with project goals. Support team members by contributing to a positive team dynamic. Data Review and Report Support: Assist in interpreting survey data and deriving preliminary insights. Help prepare reports and support the presentation of findings to clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the market research domain, specifically with data collection and full-service project management for online surveys. Familiarity with survey design tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for initial insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate client interaction and internal collaboration. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
