Who you are:

You are someone who has an interest, or experience in industries such as Fuel, Logistics or Construction. You think outside the box and are an entrepreneurially minded leader. You have experience in crafting strategic plans that drive business growth and improve performance. You can bridge financial analysis with strategy, and directly lead and manage projects. You are responsible for driving process improvements (business and technology) across the enterprise and will work on projects that incorporate strategy, process, technology, and data analytics to accelerate growth, reduce costs and improve profitability. You will have an opportunity to transform the business and pioneer new products / services with the goal of positioning 4Refuel as the industry leader for all services we provide, now and more importantly, in the future.

Major Job Functions:

Strategy

• Build strategies across multiple functional areas
• Execute projects and put ideation to action
• Align and support our corporate and global strategic priorities

Analysis

• Ad-hoc analyses
• Dealing with large sets of data
• Synthesizing complex (e.g. sales, finance) data into easy-to-understand conclusions to make decisions

Improvement

• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes
• Understanding of change management and impact across functional areas
• Own the execution and delivery for improving the business while being a change leader

Project Management

• Day-to-day project management
• Lead projects with a high degree of senior visibility
• Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing, research, and sales initiatives and programs to senior management

Specific Skills:

• Creative problem solver and outside- the-box thinker
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives
• Current state process analysis and future state process design
• Experience leading and managing multiple projects at one time
• Good listening skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
• Strategic business acumen with a talent for business intelligence analysis
• Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills
• Resilience and a positive attitude when under pressure
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in consulting, finance, strategy and / or corporate development
• PMP, Agile, or Waterfall Project Management certification(s) is an asset
• Prior experience as an entrepreneur or in a “start-up” environment is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
