CenterPoint Group is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. A strong candidate will have successfully managed complex multi-party projects, developed and managed important business relationships, conducted contract negotiations, and has strong business acumen and analytical skills.
What you will do:
The position will be multi-faceted: assist our operations team in managing our program offerings, manage and develop relationships with our partners, and support our sales and marketing team to bring in new business. A successful candidate will a) understand how to problem solve under tight time constraints and be able to prioritize tasks; b) be comfortable working in a team environment, that include external partners, and successfully lead projects in a collaborative environment; and c) be able to articulate the company’s value proposition to customers and partners. You will be building best-in-class solutions with industry-leading suppliers across all business services and commodities.

Objectives & Responsibilities
- Own and lead projects with minimal oversight and multiple parties
- Support sales operations through proposal, contract, and implementation
- Summarize data and research to create Power Point Presentations
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment
- Review and understand customer and supplier Agreements
- Manage Partner and Vendor Relationships
- Responsible for product and industry research for business development and client relations
- Manage Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) – HubSpot experience a plus
- Network and promote product and service offerings
- Cross Sell and Offer Additional Products to clients
- 5-10% of time for travel to conferences, partner, and customer visits
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years procurement, business operations, or project management experience
- Experience negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and running implementations
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis skills with Microsoft Excel and other databases
- Ability and motivation to find, develop, and generate potential partnerships
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
