Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges.
**This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll.**
What You'll Be Doing:
- Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall Islands
- Working with architects and engineers to complete the project design
- Assembling and managing the development of a strong team
- Managing project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationships
- Tracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- 10+ years of experience with vertical construction is required
- Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practices
- Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
