This project specialist supports our mission by providing consulting, product and research services for Southwest customers with Salesforce technology. This role collaborates with various customer experience and engagement, digital, customer service and technology teams to drive initiatives that impact internal and external customers. The Project Management Professional is a creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset who strives to make a significant impact through end-to-end project management.
Other details:
This job is offered as a remote work position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Apart from these mandatory visits, most of your work time may be spent away from our office premises. Please note that although this is a remote location, there are a few states or regions where employees are not eligible to perform their regular duties. The states that are not eligible are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia , Washington and Wyoming

Summary of duties
It is suitable for managing small projects that are less complex or to be delivered in larger projects. Provide support, coordination and coordination of projects and programs.
Work
Define simple project plans/maps and perform tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management processes and practices.
Work with the team to break the project down into smaller parts or plans and identify critical steps
Complete assigned tasks and perform tasks with minimal direction
Manage risks, actions, issues and decisions
Analyze the impact of issues and support decisions, and escalate to management as necessary
Prepare presentations and agendas, organize meetings and record project meeting minutes
Collaborate, communicate and build relationships to gather customer and business needs and communicate effectively with service and support teams
Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are completed according to plan. Follow the audit process for performance/project review and budget/schedule monitoring
Continually evaluates work needs and resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget
Monitoring and acceptance of project results for small projects
May perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
