Full Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Assurance Analyst in Fraud and Claims Control within the retail and small business banking sector.
In this role, you will:
Develop various assurance test plans for software system functions
Complete system testing and develop a system QA test plan
Complete complex test plans and scripts to support test programs
Document and analyze software solutions and specification defects
Develop standards and procedures to determine release readiness and optimize the testing process
Provide direction, lead and prioritize projects
Collaborate with teams to develop test plans and provide detailed technical guidance to developers
Lead the implementation of complex initiatives affecting one or more lines of business
Understand and ensure compliance with risk management requirements
Work with other stakeholders to implement relevant risk strategies
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of experience in systems and systems assurance or application testing, or demonstrated one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Degree Required:
Experience in fraud and claims operations
Experience handling ACH and/or debit card claims
