As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the QA Associates to ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers.
Job Related Functions and Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in QA testing and record-keeping
- Oversee and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures
- Monitor all Coca-Cola, Federal and State communications
- Assist operations management with process equipment and product/package troubleshooting and innovation
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the department
- Safeguard departmental & organizational compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education and Requirements
- High School, General Education Diploma
- Bachelors’ Degree Preferred
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience
Additional Skills and Technical Capabilities
- Keen knowledge of the principles of manufacturing
- Working knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices-CFR21
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of HACCP
