Wayfair's retail team is responsible for designing, building, evaluating and managing the entire customer experience across Wayfair's website and mobile apps. This role is for an enthusiastic user who is eager to help deliver a positive customer experience through research.

Join our store team as a binary analyst and be a key contributor in shaping our user experience. In this work, you will perform different tasks and be responsible for checking their effects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to connect with our AAI team, providing even more exciting opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
You will use your expertise in business intelligence platforms, especially Looker, to improve the use of product analytics during the user research process. This job requires good skills in quantitative research methods, allowing you to conduct large-scale research, perform UX benchmarking and segmentation, among other methods. You will also have the opportunity to explore new data sources and advanced visualization tools such as Comprehensive Reports and Google Big Query, as well as analytical tools such as SPSS or R. As a Quality Analyst II, your goal will be to uncover the "things" of the Storefront user experience and identify opportunities to improve our CX at scale. Your feedback will be an important part of shaping our user experience strategy, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience on our platform. What you will need
Professional experience - approx. 2+ years of professional research experience, with at least 1 year of user research experience
Bachelor's Degree - in Humanities, Experimental/Intellectual, HCI or related field.
Quantitative research experience - you will define and execute a quantitative research plan, selecting appropriate methods to answer key products and research questions.
Recruitment experience - you will work closely with the search function to define and manage staffing needs, resources, strategy and motivation for UXR studies.
Analytical and reporting skills - you will need to effectively organize and present UXR information to stakeholders in a streamlined manner.
Collaborative skills - you will collaborate across functions such as product design, content planning, product management, research, engineering, etc.
Proficiency in research and design tools - such as Qualtrics, Userzoom/Usertesting, Optimum Workshop, Reduce, Full Story, Resonate, Figma and Miro.
Product-centric thinking – your research will focus on the digital customer experience and help product and design identify and capture new opportunities
