In this role, the Remote Operations Producer oversees the operational, technical and logistics of remote sports video production. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the application of departmental regulations related to remote television broadcasting and their impact on the accuracy, cost and timing of assigned activities. The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate both program preparation and on-site supervision of all aspects of remote media from start to finish, as well as project management and production. This service has a daily limit of 125 days per year (calendar year). This position is considered a non-essential personnel position. As a non-employee, this position offers the opportunity to work with other clients outside of Disney/DMED, as long as the analyst is available for 125 days of work consistent with the game's operations. / all programs. Oversee all operational and technical aspects of assigned remote programs.
- Provides guidance and training to remote workers, including project managers and technical teams. As the On-Site Personnel Manager, ensures that ESPN's safety and conduct standards are followed in the workplace, including the screening and clearance of all on-site personnel.

- Support troubleshooting of complex technologies, projects and employees as they arise on site. Consult with the appropriate support group for persistent and severe problems.
- Manage all on-site and team work, including scheduling, travel and work hours. Responsible for overseeing and resolving operational issues on site and team, if necessary.
- Have advanced knowledge of current media standards and potential future developments. Attends company events as assigned by management regarding specific tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies for assigned remote events. Permission required
- Regular travel to remote programs is required, which may include international sites.
- The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays throughout the year depends on the game schedule. Has knowledge of organization, marketing, financial and logistical planning related to the nature of the exhibition.
- Working knowledge of various production models, as well as signal processing, scalability and transmission. Have knowledge of the development and technology of equipment and systems.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, including voice and email communication, and conflict resolution skills. Acquires and applies a sound knowledge of technical equipment required for ESPN operations.
