- Job is a member of the London Heathrow Airport team within the international and cargo division. The position is responsible for the supply of a higher customer service and a problem resolution for our customers/travelers premium in all areas covered by the premium service department, such as the premium check-in.
What will you do
- Provide a customer service higher than our premium class passengers and to corporate accounts travelers to guarantee the return for AA
- Identify and take care of our passengers of key preserJe, AAIRPASS travelers and our most faithful faithful in Advantage, such as the executive members of Platinum, Platinum and Aadvantage Gold
- Carry out intermediate passenger transfers
- Respond positively and act quickly to solve problems such as sales and incorrect conclusions and executive class passengers
- Connect regularly with our sales offices to coordinate updating requests
- Work in all areas of premium customer service, including premium class check-in
- Recognize possible new companies involving corporate, governmental and entertainment industries
- Promote the services and products of AA to the members of the Club/Lounge and their guests, including a one -day passage for admirement and club arrivals
- Facilitate flight reserve requests, cars and hotels
- Recover shipping pass and provide information and flight rates
- Achieve the sales objectives of belonging to the Admiral Club
- Help senior management from AA as required
- Provide assistance to operational functions in all areas of premium services and work in close collaboration with customer service, sales and marketing.
