Job Summary: Alpen is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, analyze data, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing Salesforce, integrating tools like HubSpot, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Location: Louisville, CO (remote work considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline sales processes for efficiency.
- Analyze sales data for insights and improvements, leveraging strong analytical skills.
- Forecast sales accurately based on data and market trends.
- Manage Salesforce, including customization, configuration, and data management.
- Integrate Salesforce with other tools and systems, such as HubSpot, demonstrating experience with CRM integration.
- Train sales teams on Salesforce usage and best practices.
- Document sales processes for consistency and scalability.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Lead integration projects with internal and external partners, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Build, maintain and develop analytics dashboards and reports using a Business Intelligence platform such as Tableau or PowerBi.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in revenue or sales operations, with strong technical skills in Salesforce administration and CRM integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on identifying actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Reporting Structure: This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Compensation: $75,000-125,000 per year, based on experience and location.
