About Us:We at Magani are building primary healthcare infrastructure for rural India with the help of technology & telehealth. We are setting up a chain of health centres, bringing quality and affordable healthcare solution to areas which are deprived of them. We provide complete primary healthcare solution, providing services like doctor consultations, lab tests, medicines and health cards storing the health records.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Punjab region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What You'll Bring:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Punjab region.
3. Fluent in Punjabi and proficient in English.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to travel within the Punjab region as required.
8. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
9. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.10. Valid driver's license.
