Contact Centers help guests with trip enterprises, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more.
The client Contact Center is the go- to communicate for guests who have questions about their trip, their MileagePlus accounts and further. This department also helps guests book and manage reservations.
Job overview and liabilities
Sells consultatively
Communicates information to guests regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, trip documents( Visa/ Passports,etc.), flight appearance and departure times or related services, in a affable, well- modulated voice and gracious manner
Resolves client conflicts taking running or service
Arranges for marking and other special services
Notifies guests of flight irregularities and changes in schedules
assistances company workers in arranging business and particular trip plans
Operates computer terminal outfit to pierce, input and recoup information

Qualifications
High School parchment/ GED or original
Must be at least 18 times of age
Basic computer chops needed
Must be flexible to work any shift in a24/7 operation including nights, weekends and leaves
suitable to work a part- time schedule
suitable to work in a call center terrain
Must be fairly authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without backing
Must be fluent in all 3 languages Italian, English, and Spanish( speak, read and write)
Successful completion of interview needed to meet job qualification
Reliable, immediate attendance is an essential function of the position
