What to do:
As a true brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, guide and create a premium customer experience by connecting them with the world's best online real estate brands that come to life in our stores. Meet sales and service KPIs and production standards with individualized design recommendations
Guiding customers through their questions about product features and functionality, product styles and configurations and fitting requests, including endless store styles and routes.
Show off the online version as well as the web service and mobile app.
Drive marketing and brand knowledge/aspirations to help our customers navigate their needs and purchases, using in-store and online to meet their needs.
Assist guests with check-in on the sales floor and in the production room as needed. Showcase design options using your favorite design tool of all time - 2D floor plans from status boards.
Use design tools, CRM software, and customer accounts for a consistent customer experience and record keeping as needed
Ability to navigate multiple software applications, other tools and equipment to advise clients on their budget, style and space.
Asking the right questions allows you to provide your customers with a comprehensive marketing solution. Demonstrate credibility by closing the sale and educating customers on the various ways they can purchase, including through the retail outlet, online, our app or through a deposit.
Become an expert in services offered in-store and online - credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery, considering added value and customer purchases. Participate in all operational aspects of the store, including but not limited to: new product planning, landscaping, restoration, replacement, and general store maintenance.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with clients and your team.
Be willing to share new ideas and solutions to improve team performance. Engage in a high-energy, focused work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations.

Process:
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a design-related environment). Experience in interior design, art, architecture, shopping is valuable
Passion for excellent customer service and driving above sales goals. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of success in a fast and changing environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a retail environment.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications required. Technical skills to learn software are important.
