027378 Sales Enablement Manager (Open)
Job Description:
Responsible for developing processes and executing initiatives that improve the effectiveness of Greif’s selling organization. This includes managing the CRM platform (adoption, training, enhancements) and partnering with commercial and marketing functions to provide tools to accelerate the impact of our commercial team.
Work Environment: Remote; periodic travel may be required (up to 20%)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance of Greif’s CRM system – this includes adoption, training & enhancements, as well as implementing the CRM in new product segments & geographies
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to develop sales enablement priorities and measure KPIs that align with these goals (e.g., win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle)
- Gather insights & lead cross-functional teams to improve current sales processes and tools (develop best practices & share across the commercial team)
- Facilitate Account Planning Process
- Work with CRM administrator to validate the setup of new customers or account manager changes
- Design & implement sales training in conjunction with Human Resources
- Ensure sales readiness on new products & innovations (sell sheets, training materials, performance specs)
- Measure Sales Funnel by stage/region/product & communicate changes with commercial leadership
- Partner with IT & Business Analytics on reports to support commercial leadership & regional sales teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. MBA is a plus

5+ years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
Knowledge and Skills
- Self-starter, process-driven and innovative
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong understanding of the buyers’ journey
- Experience with ERP, Power BI, & CRM systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to drive change & influence decisions often through collaboration in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (speaking and writing)

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 127,000.00 to $ 147,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
