Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter Sales Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Visit customer location, explain about the services and convert the leads provided by the company
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and explain the different products to customers and relay objection handling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
What You’ll Need
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2C industries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results.

Working days: Monday to Saturday( Must be available on weekends based on Client needs and Business requirements)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
