Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter Sales Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Visit customer location, explain about the services and convert the leads provided by the company
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and explain the different products to customers and relay objection handling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive

What You’ll Need

  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2C industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results.

Working days: Monday to Saturday( Must be available on weekends based on Client needs and Business requirements)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
